The Help Book III, is a Health and Human Services Resource Guide, sponsored by the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation and has been developed through a grant relationship with Open Hearth Inc. The purpose of this resource book is to help increase access to services for adults and children in the Greater Phoenixville, Royersford, Collegeville/Trappe, Limerick, and Spring City areas by making information about health and human services available in a comprehensive and convenient written form in both English and Spanish.
